By authorizing an MCP client to access Fastweigh through this server, you agree to the following terms.

Authorized use

You may use this service only with a valid Fastweigh tenant API key or user credential that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your connection.

AI agent behavior

AI clients can read permitted Fastweigh data and, with fastweigh:readwrite, prepare supported changes. Applying a change additionally requires service write enablement, a supported confirmation channel and your approval of the exact proposal through the MCP App or supported chat prompt. You are responsible for checking the tenant, target and proposed values. Clients without a supported confirmation channel cannot apply changes. OAuth and direct API-key connections follow the same confirmation rules.

Scope of access

Access is limited by the underlying tenant key or user's Fastweigh permissions, the granted MCP scopes and the supported operation catalog. Code mode is read-only. Granting write scope does not authorize arbitrary mutations, unbounded bulk changes or unsupported workflows.

Preservation and verification checks do not eliminate concurrent-update risks from other applications or delayed replicas. A failed verification can mean a write already happened; check the proposal and current record before requesting another change.

Rate limits and abuse

Tool calls are rate-limited. Sustained abuse, attempts to bypass the sandbox, or misuse that threatens Fastweigh's own API may result in grant revocation without notice.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Fastweigh makes no guarantees about availability, correctness of AI-generated queries, or data integrity. You are responsible for validating the output of any destructive operation.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
